My residential boiler system suddenly developed a pinhole leak in the expansion tank on a Friday afternoon. When I called Rex's plumbing & Heating... Stacie answered the phone, and knew more about the part than I did trying to explain the problem to her. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and was able to send Luke (boiler & plumbing technician) to my house on Saturday to repair the problem. I learned more from Luke about the operation of my boiler, than I learned in the past 12 years of living here. I am 100% satisfied with the quality, knowledge, and professionalism with the staff at Rex's Plumbing & Heating. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Katie came out to service our tankless water heater. She was prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and addressed our issue quickly. In a world where service tends to be 1/2 rate, it was refreshing to see someone set the bar high! I would definitely recommend Katie!!
