Red Cap Plumbing & Air

Austin Ford did a superb job as a Red Cap technician. He was reliable, punctual, knowledgeable, and articulate. He has a great personality, was empathetic to our situation, and accommodated our particular circumstances. His work ethic is professional but personable. He was clear about the problem and its solution. He listened to our questions attentively and answered our questions with insight. The work was done in a reasonable timeframe and neatly. Hopefully, we won’t need Austin’s services too often, but definitely would be pleased for him to return to service for any future plumbing problems. We were very impressed with him as well as Red Cap’s customer service.

We had a new water softener installed as well as a brand new hot water heater by Red Cap. Thomas A. was our plumbing technician and he was absolutely wonderful to work with! Very professional, courteous, communicative, on time, and very thorough and careful to do the job properly and with care! We’ve used Red Cap services several times and Thomas is by far our favorite technician…. We will definitely be using there services again in the future if we are lucky enough to be able to have Thomas be the one to do them!

They answered the phone (big deal nowadays), scheduled a technician with a four hour window. Technician showed up after 40 minutes. Adrien was very helpful, respectful, knowledgeable. He got everything done and left everything clean. I would definitely use Red Cap again and would definitely want Adrien to come back.
