Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

The tech, Ricardo, was very customer service orientated and explained what he was doing and how I could prevent this from happening again. I'm a senior and know nothing about plumbing so that made me feel more confident. He showed up when scheduled and was very professional and got the job done. I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again.
