Roto-Rooter Plumbing

I placed an order online last night at 5:30 for a blocked drain. I received a call at 9 this morning informing that Blake was on his way to our house. He arrived about five minutes later. Blake was professional and thorough. His machine kept stopping because the breaker would trip but he continued on until the job was complete. He left us a bottle of pipe maintenance to add to our drains to help prevent future service calls. In the past we have been left with a mess in our bathroom from the plumber pulling the toilet. This time all work was performed outside and no mess after. If Blake is an example of the quality of plumber you get when you call Roto Rooter, then I would definitely recommend them.

I use this company for so many things. I thought that only did one thing but they did many not just cleaning out toilets. People are always surprised when I tell them all the things I have hired them to do for me. They have been great at working with me, telling me what they are doing before they run up a big bill. They are pretty much available in a very reasonable time. Highly recommend them!!!

Blake was very professional, helpful and efficient. I can't ask for more than that. He quickly diagnosed the issue then went about fixing it and explained what he was doing as he went. He left things clean and he also explained all the charges so I knew what I was paying. I will definitely will call him again when I'm in need of a plumber.
