Scanlon responded to my initial inquiry promptly, scheduled me for a next-day appointment, and clearly communicated updates to me prior to their team's arrival at my home. Gene and his assistant were professional and efficient, and they charged a reasonable price for the service -- especially when compared to the rates charged by other Montgomery-area plumbing services.

Mike was very helpful troubleshooting the issue I was having with my tankless water heater. The P/C board that was replaced arrived at Scanlon Plumbing quickly, and was installed and verified working in short order. I was treated fairly both in price and installation.

I have used Scanlon Plumbing for quite a few years, and have always been more than pleased with their service and pricing. Mr. Mike and his crew definitely knows the business of plumbing.
