I've taken good care of my mental health all of my life and Alex is hands down the best therapist I've ever worked with. My husband and I have been seeing Alex together for a year and a half and his ability to understand our dynamic and make thoughtful, action-oriented observations and suggestions have been so refreshing and helpful. He's an emotionally intelligent straight-shooter who has been able to connect dots we didn't know needed connecting. I've always left his office feeling heard and with a clear understanding of what steps to take in order to move the needle.
