IVAN SKOLNIKOFF - MINDFULNESS CENTERED PSYCHOTHERAPY REVIEWS
Ivan is a great person and therapist. I specially like his mindfulness based approach. Working with Ivan thought me to notice my body's sensations whenever I am straggling emotionally. I leaned about emotion to body relationship. Most importantly I learn to question the way I think about different situations which was causing me suffering. Ivan gives you the space to discover and analyze your inner world and cultivate self-awarnees. He is a very good listener and asks amazing questions which helps you to reflect in a deeper way. I like working with Ivan. He has been very instrumental on my self-growth.
Ivan is a warm, thoughtful and insightful therapist. As a colleague, he is reliable, grounded and responsible. Highly recommend his services for mindfulness and resolving childhood trauma.
Ivan's caring, attuned and grounded presence makes him a solid therapist and colleague. I've known Ivan for about five years, and his dedication to learning his craft is very strong. He uniquely works with mindfulness and specializes in working with couples and men in particular. His big heart and years of experience allow me to recommend him without hesitation.

BERKELEY THERAPY INSTITUTE REVIEWS
Berkeley Therapy saved my life. Dr. Richard Levine, really. But he has been with Berkeley Therapy for many years. I started seeing Dr. Levine in 1995 in Newbridge in North Berkeley. As an ex junkie and having had anxiety and chronic mild depression my whole life, I can say that I would most likely be dead had I not received help from Dr. Levine and Berkeley Therapy. I believe it is easy for people in need of psychiatric and psychological assistance to get desperate, focus on clerical items, no show charges for missed visits, etc., & not truly appreciate the help being offered. Dr. Levine supported me through addiction, depression, anxiety, Crohn's disease flare-ups, & beyond. I am 50 years old & I met him in 1995 at 22. Words can not express how grateful I am for him & for Berkeley Therapy. They have been a force in the Bay Area, and I have seen them help so many people heal, get their lives back & forge ahead. Anyway. If you are in need of psychiatric or psychological assistance, do yourself a favor & obtain support and help here. Again, I have only worked with Dr. Levine, but if he is the bar, then it doesn't go higher than him. Cheers!!
Between my psychiatrist and my psychotherapist - best team I’ve ever had in my life and I’m on my way towards true healing and progress. Also if you’re in the transgender community or LGBTQ you’ll be well taken care of with kindness, compassion, and understanding

EVERGREEN COUNSELING REVIEWS
No question - this counseling center is top notch! The clinicians are compassionate, effective and genuinely helpful. I love to refer to this practice because I know people are treated well and learn how to feel better fast. My advice: don't wait - reach out and get the help you deserve from an amazing counseling center. Evergreen Counseling.
I’m no rookie to counseling and know how hard it can be to find a great therapist. I was fortunate to have found Evergreen counseling for my daughter who moved to Berkeley to attend college. She loves her therapist and they’ve really helped her over the years while she’s navigated college and being away from home. It’s reassuring to me that she has someone she connects with to talk with as needed.
I lived on east bay a few years back and had a hard time finding a good therapist until I went to Evergreen Counseling. I was lucky to get in quickly and Beth was very helpful with her insights and helped me to dig more deeply into what was going on and how to create change. I met the owner Annie more than once and was very impressed with the operation she has built over time. I now refer my friends there due to their thoughtful clinical approach that's backed by research.
