Very friendly front desk person. The medical assistant was also very personable and listened intently to my issue. I felt like the doctor really understood the potential gravity of my situation and responded as such with her treatment plan. There was very little wait time. My wife referred me here because she had a great experience the day after she moved here. This was a radically different and positive experience than other urgent care visits I have had in other states.

This excellent walk-in clinic was extremely professional, always polite, and very efficient. Virtually every professional with my head contact would get an “A” for both professionalism and friendly accommodating attitude. I would go to this clinic anytime I have a walk-in medical need.

Easy to make appointment. Check in easy. Short wait but they apologized for the delay since they were short staffed. Friendly care giver and handled my issue quickly and was very nice.

I recently went to the Urgent Care clinic after having difficulty making an appointment with my PCP...the entire experience was great. I got right into triage, saw a doctor and had lab work done within an hour. Although it turned out not to be something that was resolved during my visit, I felt like I was treated with compassion and skill by both the nurse and doctor. Positive experience within the Sutter Health Care system.

I came in and was registered right away. Waiting time was brief and both the physician assistant and doctor were extremely respectful and also efficient. Everything was explained clearly and the prescribed medication seems to be helping right away. A positive experience in all respects.

Good service. Doc stitched up a small cut to my left index finger after i fell a few feet of a ladder. Checked me for other injuries too which there were none except a small slice on the top of left hand that was glued shut. All is ok now and healing. Thank you very much.

She apologized for any delay in the services, which to me, there was none. Herself and the Dr. Who attended me were very respectful and understanding. I will say that my experience there was pleasant and smooth.

Everyone was polite and helpful, their team went above and beyond. Getting me in almost immediately and making sure all my necessary documentation was correct. Best concentra location.
