I cannot recommend Cova Counseling enough. We were at a desperate place with one of our children who was struggling with anxiety and depression. We had visited different counselors throughout Hampton Roads and finally found Cova. After assessing her needs, they placed her with the most perfect counselor, who she immediately connected with. She felt safe and was able to express her feelings and thoughts to someone who listened to her and provided solid instruction and recommendations to help her move forward in life.
When I did the intake form, they paid attention to my needs that related to what I wanted in therapy. Anaiz is a wonderful therapist. She is a great listener and I am able to open up to her. The waiting room is very quiet and dim lighting which helps me feel relaxed as I wait. Everyone is friendly. Overall a great counseling office... I am tired of that British baking show that's played in the waiting room-LOL.
Families, please take your children to Cova counseling if they are struggling and need help!.
