Elements Massage

I received a massage from Caleb in 2022 and I felt so relaxed that I signed up for the membership. My right hip was at a lower level than my left hip and it was always bothersome. I had trouble on my right side while I practiced yoga. Caleb did an excellent job of decompressing my right side after he had performed his initial analysis. As he was working on that side , I could hear my muscle make a pop sound like it just released all the stress that was there. Caleb also explained the areas that had been affected by my right hip being lower and I felt that I was well taken care of. I certainly left Elements two inches taller and feeling more fluid than I walked in! Highly recommend Caleb and the studio. Looking forward to my next appointment!

I have received massages from Caleb over the past year on a monthly basis and cannot explain how great of a therapist he is. His knowledge of anatomy on how the body works is amazing. I go in and explain my situation at the start of the session he can tell right away which areas need the most work. He may work on an area different from where I think needs attention, and in the end, of course he is correct. I always leave feeling much better and highly recommend him.

Caleb worked on my back once and my backache is completely gone! Today he worked on the other side of my back and I haven't felt like this in years. He has a through understanding of anatomy and is capable to handle my problem areas with spread and accuracy. My sincere thanks Caleb.
