I love this space. Lovely vibes & beautiful decor that establishes good flow - even down to the seating. The perfect little oasis for relaxation and rejuvenation in a cozy building near Uptown. Cassie was super knowledgeable and intuitive about what my body was needing; she also took the time to discuss what she noticed, and how I can address my issues moving forward. Highly recommend!

Cassie was amazing! She listens well and found all my "spots" that really needed deep work to release. She was very observant and helpful with self-care tools that would help resolve some of my chronic tension issues. She mentioned things no one else has noticed before. Thank you so much! The space was also very cozy and special, it feels like being in a castle.

Laura is very welcoming and sweet. My massage with her was exactly what I needed. The space, omg the space, absolutely charming and gorgeous!!
