I participated in the 90 day weight loss program through Minnesota Weight Loss Clinic and have been incredibly pleased with the great service I received, and results! Over the first 60 days in the program, I lost 37 pounds... and in the last 30 days I learned out to maintain my weight which I have been successful in. Unlike other weight loss programs that I have been in with varying results, this program was easy to follow and taught me a lot about how to adjustment my eating patterns to get big results. The staff were awesome to work with and very supportive... there were no prescriptions, no shots, and all of the foods in my program were things that I picked up from my local grocery story - and, foods that I already enjoy eating! I cannot recommend this program enough - it has changed my life.

This is one program that is definitely worth the money and it works. The food choices are great. It’s honestly all about portion control. It is easy to maintain the weight once you get to your goal. I lost a little over 30 pounds in the first 90 days and I have maybe another 10 that I would like to lose. This is the only plan that really worked for me.
