This is my first time using a pharmacy, and I’ve heard lots of people having tough experiences with pharmacies, but my experience has been stellar here. I feel like they are always telling me how to get my prescriptions on time and if I have issues with insurance they care and help. They are kind and helpful and understanding to trans folks seeking care. Healthcare system is really distressing sometimes and to have someone see you’re having difficulty and providing assurance and assistance is amazing.

Grateful for Seward Pharmacy and to never have to go to Walgreens again. I was pleasantly surprised that I made the switch without paying more for my medications, too.

Amazing. Incredibly great customer service and professional. Quick prescription filling. They will keep you informed on the status of your prescription. Highly recommend.

I’m leaving this 5 star for Dimetri, my spelling may be off. There were complications getting my scrip but they handled it so well, seeing my frustration with the situation, and accommodated like a Boss! My frustration wasn’t with her but with the system! And I voiced that. Regardless, Dimitri gets 10 stars! Patient, kind, understanding, informative, honest, respectful and warm! Just a beautiful human! And it sucks to know that’s Rare these days!

I have never in my life had a better experience with a pharmacy than I have had at this pharmacy. Everyone is happy, smiling, professional, and very polite. Fairview you have truly out done yourself. Thank you to all of the great doctors and pharmacists that make my monthly visit very enjoyable considering the circumstance of my visits.

They have worked with me with patience and we're very knowledgeable about my specific needs.

CAPSULE MINNEAPOLIS REVIEWS

This company is doing incredibly important work. I've been using them for months now and thoroughly enjoying my experience. However, today they went so far above and beyond that I am almost in tears with joy. I won't share details, because they have to do with medical information obviously, but I will just say dealing with Capsule's customer service has been infinitely better than the big box pharmacy chains. When you really need a human to talk to and advocate for you when you need to navigate the complicated world of pharmacy and insurance, Capsule should be your choice. 5 stars, 10/10 would recommend.

I came across this pharmacy while walking to Whole Foods. I decided to give them a try, and I have to say, my experience has been nothing but positive. I will never use any other pharmacy! Emily was also incredibly helpful with my prescriptions. I love that you can text, call, or use the app to get in touch with the staff.

I've never had a pharmacy be a breeze before, this is so nice! As someone who isn't very mobile the delivery system just fits my lifestyle. They're always clean, nice delivery folks, too! Hope they stick around for a long time.
