I updated my review because the owner called and apologized Like so many others have said, they have no idea how to handle customer service. They're terrible at scheduling anything, they dont call back on voicemails some times, they took my $95 deposit and made me chase them down to get it back to me. There are so many customer service issues that I dont want to type an essay to explain them all.

time to explain all the things he was hooking me up to and what they do. I was the only female in the building but I felt very safe. The room was really dark which I like. The bed was SO comfortable. The shower was better than mine at home. Everything seemed to be cleaned very well. It was a great experience.

Dave and Lori were exceptionally helpful to work with. Being creative to find a solution as insurance was difficult in approving the order. I’m thankful that they cared enough to find me a quick resolution and helped get my machine and mask setup. Thank you.

Brought my sleep study results from Lofta, and they got me in right away for mask fitting. Set me up with an Airsense 11 and had all the supplies ready for me to take home. They were great about helping me understand what my insurance covered and what billing would look like. Free mask exchange within 30 days as well, so you dont have to worry about spending hundreds of dollars trying to find the right fit. My cat bit through my cpap hose in the first 2 weeks. Unfortunately not covered by insurance, but they were able to get me another one for less than what I could find on the internet. Free shipping too.

Dr Whitney and staff have been wonderful with the whole process! I had a sleep study done at home that went well and all the communication and follow up done (especially currently with covid restrictions) have been wonderful! If you're considering a sleep study Whitney sleep center is great.

I want to thank Dr Whitney and all of the staff for literally saving my life diagnosing and continually following through several critical health challenges I’ve had throughout many years. I know I would not be alive today if I didn’t have this medical support. Thank you, thank you, thank you! God bless you and your clinic.

Dr. Wright was wonderful as always, but getting my information to him didn't happen just like my last appointment, last year. I did everything possible to get it to him before my virtual appointment, and it never happened.

The clinic staff is very friendly and professional. I was greeted with a smile and checked in swiftly. Dr. Gensmer is very warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable and valued as a patient.

They were quick to answer questions and very knowledgeable on everthing.
