Massage Envy - Lubbock

McClain is a great therapist and the front office staff is always helpful. I ann giving an 5 rating only because of the employees. My only complaint is towards owners/management. They can cancel your appointments and do not care about the inconvenience they cause their customers. It can take several weeks to reschedule. Staff turn over is extremely high and they don’t plan for how they will best accommodate their customers who had scheduled appointments. There are no incentives or complimentary inconvenience rewards. On the other hand customers have to book so far in advance in order to get an appointment, sometimes when the time gets closer schedule conflicts arise that results in having to cancel yet the management doesn’t offer the same courtesy and charges you a cancelation fee. Some customers live out of town and have demanding jobs with sudden schedule changes. Owners needs to review their customer service policies and contract terms. Suggestion is to do a customer service survey to find way to improve your services. It also appears from the employee turn over their must be some internal issues that need fixing.

I have been getting massages here off and on since they opened to help with my back problems and general stress. I haven’t been in a while, but got the opportunity as a Fathers Day present to have an hour session to help relieve built up stress and pain. Nathan did a fantastic job at listening and focusing on the spots that bothered me, and unlike most massage therapists anywhere, he wasn’t talkative so I could just relax. I will definitely be returning.

Priscilla is the best! I have been using her since she started at Massage Envy and have gotten to know her and she is so sweet! Always knows just what my face needs!!
