The Wellness Center

I had an hour long massage with Calvin and it was amazing. Mind blown. I feel like I gained inches of space between my shoulders and ears after he worked out so much muscle tension I had there. I feel like so much better, like years of tension and old emotional energy has been released. I'm laughing at myself now because after it was done and I was walking out, he asked me how it went and I accidentally shouted, "It was transformational" at him (instead of just saying I liked it in a normal speaking voice like a normal person) because I was still in such shock and awe about the whole thing. He didn't even flinch, bless his heart, and proceeded to tell me how to take care of myself afterwards and invite me back for future sessions. Calvin is a gem. Highly recommend!

This was the most welcoming and private experience I’ve ever had. The people are amazing and are super informative! Was my first float session and it was incredible! Will definitely be recommending to my friends and family! Thank you so much! P.s. even if you’re not like into any of the yoga, eastern practice type stuff, it has nothing to do with that. Go in with an open mind and relax and enjoy yourself. I’ve had massages. This was nothing like that. It’s like you’re massaging yourself. And your brain. Love it. Love it. Love it!! Bless you all!

The Wellness Center is a true gem in the heart of South Minneapolis. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the service is always good and they are active members of the community to boot! I come one a month and recommend to anyone looking to heal their body!
