Shout Out to RJ at Mattress Direct! He hooked a girl up for the sale during Memorial’s Day weekend! I was able to purchase the mattress I wanted which was the Serta brand and he even threw in the last adjustable base for me! This was my first time ever buying a new mattress without a box spring!!! LMAO ???? He actually informed me that a lot of companies have upgraded their mattresses so most new ones now don’t come with box springs! He even looked out for me with the delivery fees! I also want to thank the gentleman that delivered my mattress and adjustable base! They were funny and respectful brothers and I truly appreciate that most! They even carried my new door ???? inside from my boyfriend’s trunk so I could paint it! Thanks so much again Mattress Direct! I sleep so much better! Went in to the location on Carrollton in New Orleans uncertain of the selection process just pressing down on mattresses & the salesman Robert said looks like you’re performing CPR on the mattress that’s not how you select the comfort your looking for he said you got to lay down. He asked our price range grabbed us a couple of pillows with protection cloths & off we went. We found the level of comfort in a nice medium price range & was also given some discounts. Roberts’ the man not trying to upsale you are anything. Go check him out.

My experience at Mattress Direct was great. Great quality name brand mattresses, great pricing and the sales person was excellent. Any questions I had or concerns, he answered them. This was my second purchase from mattress direct.

Shopping at Sleep Number was by far my best ever customer service experience. Anthony took his time going through each bed and settings with my fiancé and I. He explained every aspect of what we should expect. But then it got better when Max and Mr John delivered our new bed. They were amazingly helpful and super friendly. They put the bed up for us and went through getting me set up on the app. As I’m still getting used to the settings and finding my perfect, I would recommend Sleep Nimber to everyone everyday and twice on Sunday. Our amazing experience was helpful and informative, and I could not have asked for a better customer service. Thank you, Sleep Number.

Waiting for the next big sale. I visited the Metairie store on several on occasions. The team supporting the store were absolutely fantastic in helping me make a final choice on what bed was the best fit for me and my wife. Very positive experience and overwhelming satisfied. Considering the amount the bed retails for.
