I recently toured The Saulet and am looking forward to becoming a resident very soon! Leah Roberts, the leasing agent I met with, was absolutely amazing. She’s so warm and friendly and took the time to answer every one of my questions about the units and the application process. I’m a huge fan of The Saulet. It’s in a wonderful location, the units have great amenities, and I love that they have covered parking. I can’t wait to move in! Thanks Leah, for helping me to discover my new home!.

Living at The Saulet has truly exceeded my expectations. The property is stunning and meticulously cared for, which creates a peaceful and inviting atmosphere every time I come home. The location couldn't be better—it's tucked into a quiet corner of the city, but still steps away from the energy of Magazine Street and just a quick drive to the CBD. I love the sense of community here and feel completely at ease knowing I made the right move.

Lovely, clean apartments with a peaceful environment. Grateful to Victoria, who went the extra mile to make the moving-in process seamless and stress-free. THE ODEON AT SOUTH MARKET REVIEWS

We recently renewed our lease for another year at The Odeon and can't say enough about the property and the management team there. Perfectly located in the CBD and walkable to Rouses, many restaurants, and we just discovered a great wine store nearby as well. The team is incredibly responsive and what few maintenance requests we've had were handled either same day or within 24 hours. We don't live there full time and package delivery and housekeeping is handled - it's been a great experience!.

Have only been lucky enough to be a guest at the Odeon… best view in NOLA, large windows throughout, beautiful amenities deck!!! Awesome, walkable location to great restaurants, bars and groceries!!!.

Amazing place, love the building but I especially love their gym. Top quality equipment, lots of different tools to workout and always organized and clean.

ESPLANADE AT CITY PARK REVIEWS

Before we moved into the Esplanade we came in for a tour, my son was greeted with hugs and kisses by a woman whom I later found out was the Manager. It has been a year now and she has been the same from day one caring and understanding. When I need anything she is always available and ready to assist. She is the reason why I signed my lease for another year. So if you’re interest in living at the Esplanade at City Park I highly recommend that you request for Alicia Craig,(manager) she’s the BEST.

I’ve only been here a week but as far as I can tell this place is utopia and that is no over exaggeration as I am sometimes known to do. Also, did I mention it’s in , along with the garden district, probably the most beautiful neighborhood in the city but beware like all good things there is an undisclosed cost. I’ve heard now from more than one longtime resident that the gated and very well lit parking lot with visible security cameras is basically an all you can take buffet for thieves. So most people just leave their cars unlocked to avoid the cost of replacing a window.

I had such a wonderful time last night at the wine down Wednesday social. I love meeting new residents and seeing my friends who live here too Alicia our property manager goes above and beyond for a memorable experience. I truly enjoy the community and it’s been a joy having Alicia here. She’s made a huge impact on our community and always makes us feel like family.
