The saulet apartments are very nice, but I must say the agent that helped me was amazing. Leah Roberts went above and beyond to give me all the info I didn't even know I needed! A girlfriend of mine is moving from out of state. If the other tenants are half as amazing as Leah is, she will be in great hands.
Leah was so helpful! She helped me find an old package and was so prompt with all my questions and got back to me ASAP! So wonderful. The Saulet is lucky to have Leah!

I have been searching for an affordable apartment complex for 3 weeks now. I stopped in to check out Carmel Springs and I must say Sheena was absolutely awesome. I usually don’t take time to write reviews, but I had to take a minute and compliment her. Not only was she knowledgeable of the complex, she even gave me information of the surrounding area (which I usually don’t get). I was so pleased, like a one stop shop. She is very professional!
New to the area call about some information about a apartment and spoke to a very nice lady Ms Sheena she help answer a lot a question I had thank you so much for all your help it nice to see in today time somebody Taking the time to answer all my questions.
I'm comfortable... I'm going to resign my lease just because of the management .. the property is clean no trash .. maintenance responds in a timely and.. didn't any repairs done I'm good.

TOP 3 1201 CANAL CONDOMINIUM REVIEWS
I have been so happy to call 1201 Canal my home for the past two years. I have absolutely loved living here. The building's location is optimal: right outside of the French Quarter so you can have access to it whenever you want, without having to live right in the middle of it in case you need an escape (for the sake of being a productive individual). Any of the main spots downtown are within a reasonable walking distance, which is important as quarter parking can be quite tricky. The property is beautifully managed and always maintained in prime condition. Would highly recommend.
I've lived here for the past few months and really love it. I've lived in a few different spots in the city and so far I've got very few complaints. The washer/dryer combo is weird and doesn't do a very good job, but I guess there are pros and cons to every situation. I love the location, I love my unit, the ceilings, the appliances and the lighting. Also the pool is awesome. We can walk to everything in the quarter. They really do take good care of the building and the staff are pretty accommodating.
This place is like upscale Manhattan, but it's the Big easy, New Orleans the staff is phenomenal They go above and beyond to make you feel safe and welcome from the Valet to the front desk to the management My daughter decide to stay Very nice.
