Love this store. Many beautiful jewelry pieces to choose from. You can find something beautiful and different from the chain stores. I don't want to wear a mass produced piece of jewelry that everyone has. You can find unique pieces made by different artists in many different styles. I can't wait to shop for my next "something pretty" gift to myself.

Symmetry Jewelers did an exceptional job reproducing a screw-on earring back for my mother’s vintage earrings from Brazil. The craftsmanship was outstanding—the new back matches the original perfectly, making it impossible to tell the difference. Their attention to detail and dedication to quality are evident in the beautiful work they delivered. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience working with Anna, she helped me find the perfect ring!! It was sized and engraved a week before the proposal!! My soon to be fiancée will be so impressed and it will look stunning on her finger. I love it.

Adler’s is an incredible jewelry story and their customer first focus truly blew me away today. I’m a working mom and left one too many things to do last minute before my trip. I called Adler’s to see if they could change my watch battery and they not only said come on over but after I inquired about parking because I had my 1 year old with me they said - pull up front and we will open a spot for you! At the Canal location, I was in and out in 10 minutes and off to the next item on my list. I have so much gratitude for such incredible customer service! Customer for life. Many thanks.

Adam Schwartz at Adler’s was outstanding. I’ve been with other Rolex salesmen that don’t take the time to have genuine interactions. He remembered my preferences and continued to stay in contact while I waited for the watch to come in. The experience was pleasant enough that we also bought a Cartier Tank a few days later. Will be return customers of Adam’s.

The service, the support, and the timepiece were all perfect. Adam was very helpful when it came to walking me through the process of purchasing my first luxury watch. I am very pleased with my purchase and overall experience at Adler’s.

It’s such enjoy to visit TIffany with the extraordinary service from all store, especially provided by Hui. She is patient, professional and such kind person. She respond very quick with what kind of suggestions you exactly need. She can get a lot of pieces from other store that is unique in US she is such a kind person and we become friends as well.

They have the best staff ever, and the store is beautiful! The store is a bit smaller than many of the stores I have visited, but they have a great selection. They are in the perfect location on Canal Street. I always pop in when we visit.

Very friendly, professional service. Not pressured at all and the staff were more than happy to educate.
