I had an amazing experience with my dad mattress shopping. Our Sleep Expert, Rebeca, was very kind and informative to help me select the mattress of my dreams. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and was a crucial part in me selecting the correct bed today. There was a large selection of mattresses and I could easily test to find that a plush mattress was just what I was looking for.

Robert was our salesperson. He did an outstanding job of listening to our concerns and requirements for a new mattress. He then proceeded to make a few recommendations of mattress products that would address our concerns. He explained the mattress products completely. There was never any high pressure. I really appreciated his honesty and integrity.

A very good experience. Staff was great and took the time to explain everything. I would recommend anyone to shop here they take the time to find your exact needs and don't treat you as just a sales pitch. We went to a few different places and unlike the other places I felt good about spending my money with mattress firm good products great people.
