Mattress Firm Joliet

We were greeted by Jess, she was very friendly. Jess was taking care of other customers and would go between us and them. She told us what we wanted to know. She explained each mattress that we were interested in. Brian was also helping, they were a great team!! Jess filled everything out for us. We would definitely recommend them to our friends interested in buying a mattress. They also helped when asked about the extra items, pillows, sheets and mattress protectors and the difference between them. We ordered a few items for the mattress. We give them am an A+. Thank you.

We stopped in Mattress Firm store in Joliet today and Kimberly was so helpful. She had us try several different mattresses and explained the benefits of them to relieve pain and how important for your health a good nights sleep is. She was a great help, very knowledgeable and so polite. I reccommend this store if you are in the market for a new mattress.

Our sale associate Rico was super nervous nice and very knowledgeable. He helps my husband and I pick the perfect mattress for our daughter. I will definitely go back to purchase another mattress in the future.
