I have seen good comments about Russell, he may be good at attending but with me it was not fair when he sold me a mattress which he told me that if I did not like it I could return it, but today when I went to the store he told me otherwise that I could not return because it I bought it on rebate but it wasn't what happened to me the day I picked it up, however, make sure of the return policies and the 120-day trial is not always true.

The representative Russell was very professional and knowledgeable of the products. Was just going for a mattress but Russell showed me the benefits of the adjustable frame so we purchased that as well as the mattress and 2 pillows. Would highly recommend this store to friends and family.

Really helpful, competent sales staff. I thought the mattresses were much higher quality than the internet brands, and the prices were very fair. Worth a visit!
