The service here is wonderful. I am speaking specifically of Donald, who is the utmost professional. He is super knowledgeable, a real expert of the trade (and this is a trade). Buying the right mattress is a difficult task, so I really appreciated his expertise and patience and of course, his really great demeanor (totally pleasant). Separately, the Sleepy's/Sealy 12-inch Firm is a great mattress if you want a firm mattress. Good quality and the mattress has sustained well three months in (only a little bit of give, which is what you need). I will be back to the store and to Donald if I need another mattress.

My mattress purchasing experience was awesome. Roy(salesperson) greeted us as we entered the store. He asked how he could assist us. Roy was thoroughly knowledgeable of the different mattresses and answered all of our questions. He insisted that my husband and I test the different ones by taking our time and get a feel for the different degrees of firmness. Truly a welcomed no pressure experience. Excellent service, very professional and knowledgeable staff.
