Naturepedic

We had a great experience working with Christian at Naturepedic in Beverly Hills. We went to the store seeking a mattress after placing an order with a competitor who promised us a speedy delivery. After 5 weeks we were still waiting for our mattress and decided to try Naturepedic. Christian exceeded our expectations. He was very patient with us as we tested the various mattress options in the store and was very thorough. We placed the order and received our mattress 2 days later (and after the wrong mattress size was delivered Christian personally drove to our house to bring us the correct size). The customer service we experienced here was superb.

We were greeted by Carlos at the local Naturepedic store. He was friendly and answered all our questions. We were looking to buy a mattress for our toddler and I knew a little bit about which mattress we wanted before we had gone into the store. I had some questions about the mattress, picking up old mattress, etc and Carlos helped answer any questions we had. Great experience.

Naturepedic offers the best customer service I have ever experienced. Christian is incredibly friendly and helpful, and he went above and beyond to help me find the perfect mattress for my daughter. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a high-quality mattress with excellent customer service.
