Went there and the guy was very polite and down to earth, he didn't drill us about money and or financing. He let us try beds, we found one we loved and talked a bit longer and he answered all the questions i had. We told him we wanted to go look more places before we decide and he was perfectly ok with it and didn't get rude or try to throw us out. He gave us a card with the name of the mattress and let us go very politely. We went to metro mattress after and had the worst experience ever, they were rude, judgmental on our budget and very pushy aggressive and snotty, when we didn't want to buy ASAP they basically pushed us out of the door with how cold and rude they became. Anyways were going to go back either tomorrow or next weekend and buy that mattress we loved from you guys at a great price too.

A "GREAT" & "FRIENDLY" place to buy a new mattress & box spring, or a new futon & mattress!! The sales staff is very knowledgeable and Syracuse Mattress always has a good deal going on. Delivery service, with set up, is available, (for a small price), and you can get same day delivery, if it is not to late in the evening. The owner, Dan McCarthy is a great guy to deal with and has been in the business for more than 20 years. I would recommend Syracuse Mattress to anybody who needs new bedding or a new futon.

Dan was wonderful to work with when I needed to purchase a new mattress. I was quoted double the price at Raymour and Flanigan down the road. I know I wasn't comparing apples to apples, but for a nice quality twin mattress set...I didn't see the need to spend twice as much. I'm very pleased with the quality of the mattress I bought from Syracuse Mattress. Great to work with a local business owned by a nice family man.
