I was warmly greeted by a Rep who expeditiously took me to the back and provided a numbing agent (my request). My service was splendid as Laura educated me on my treatment and she has the perfect touch. At checkout I was greeted by a young man (African American) who was thorough and gracious. He patiently helped me access my Aspire app to apply rewards which impacted my total. He's a gem. Thanks for the opportunity to share!!!
