Asadero is a Lively Mexican steakhouse featuring carne asada & other traditional dishes in compact quarters. The Chef and Owner of the restaurant is David Orozco. He is a self-taught chef, with Asadero Kent and Ballard being his first two restaurants. The Orozco family takes great pride in bringing high-quality Mexican cuisine to diners using only the best ingredients. Asadero is no ordinary steakhouse. They implement unique methods using high heat and mesquite wood which imparts a unique flavor to their meats. Their kitchens feature Spanish-made Josper charcoal ovens, which combine grilling and oven cooking methods in a single unit. They are designed to cook faster, more efficiently, and produce a consistently higher quality product.
