"Puesto Santa Clara is located in the Santa Clara Square Marketplace. The restaurant serves tacos and margaritas for its customers. The restaurant is designed by Paul Basile of BASILE Studio. The 9,000-square-foot space combines industrial design with street-style elements, featuring handmade concrete tiles, custom furniture, balsa wood tabletops, copper accents, and wrap-around patio seating. All dishes are prepared using handmade, organic, non-GMO corn tortillas. Puesto Santa Clara offers private spaces for events and can accommodate up to 300 guests. The restaurant also operates in La Jolla, Irvine, Anaheim, and Concord.

2026 Update: Puesto Santa Clara proudly sources ingredients from responsible farmers, ranchers, and fishermen, including Wayne Farms and Salmon Creek Farms. The restaurant is co-founded by Eric Adler. The restaurant offers catering services and seasonal menus. Organic blue-corn tortillas are made in-house, with flavors rooted in tradition. The on-site brewery functions as the production hub for all Puesto beers, which are distributed and served across its California locations."
