The ladies at Born are beyond amazing! Throughout our prenatal care they listened to my concerns and educated me on natural ways to combat any uncomfortable pregnancy symptoms I experienced. They took time to get to know me and my family and each visit was so comfortable and welcoming it honestly felt like I was just meeting with a friend. My home birth was calm, stress-free, comfortable, intimate, and empowering. I was in control of my body the entire time and allowed to do whatever I felt I needed to. We were able to have delayed cord clamping, golden hour, constant skin to skin, and breastfeed immediately. Above all else I was able to be tucked into my own bed and left alone with my family hours after delivery (not in the hospital for 3 days). They truly helped me as a whole person (physically and emotionally) throughout the whole process. I felt valued, respected, empowered, supported, and inspired to trust my instincts as a woman and mother. Our birth was able to be whatever we wanted it to be. Our care team worked with us and was on the same page the entire time. I hold a very special place in my heart for the whole Born team. They truly love their mamas and families so much and it shows. I wouldn’t want to do this special time with anyone else.

We have only positive words to say about Kyle & Meridian. I make an effort to live a healthier lifestyle and midwives fit perfectly into that picture. The time available during prenatal appointments allows for all our questions to be answered and to form a relationship with them. Kyle & Meridian address the mental aspect of birth, which I am convinced made my second birthing experience everything I wanted! I love the freedom the birth suite offers for not only my husband but other family members to be present nearby. My husband and I knew it was a match when we learned one of their sons shared the same name as our first! Kyle was on call the day we went into labor. I credit her not only for bringing my baby into the world but also for helping me begin my journey as a mom of two! Also, Sarah K. is amazing and we are so grateful to her for all of her help during labor! It’s rare to find a provider you can trust both medically and professionally, while also feeling supported, known, genuinely cared for, and like family. Kyle and Meridian have years of experience, knowledge, and continued education to provide you the experience every woman deserves. Both of my deliveries were intense but were handled with such poise and expertise and afforded me an experience I may not have gotten elsewhere. The birth of your child is a sacred space, and it was a honor for them to assist me on my journeys. The only hard part of working with them is saying goodbye at your 6 week postpartum appointment!
