HOT ASANA YOGA STUDIO REVIEWS

Hot Asana is one of my favorite places to be and I cannot recommend it enough! I’ve done a lot of different workouts and attended a number of fitness studios and hot yoga at Hot Asana has kept me coming back religiously. I attend classes almost daily and still find new ways to push myself and level up the workout. Not only do classes challenge me physically, but they are a great way for me to release the stress from my workday and I always feel better after sweating it all out. There’s nothing like the feeling after class and I can truly say I’ve never regretted a workout here. Both the instructors at Hot Asana and the community of those attending classes are top notch. I’ve met some great friends throughout the classes and enjoy seeing the friendly faces both before and after classes. It really is a community atmosphere and everyone is always welcome, the more the merrier (and hotter!). Depending upon what I’m in the mood for, depends on the class I sign up for. Gina’s classes are always a challenging experience but leave you feeling stronger. Tony’s classes are a great way to start your day, and the 45 minute express class is a quick way to get the endorphins flowing before jumping into your work day. There’s also the hot blast that is a short class but still leaves you feeling like you got a full workout in.

Hot asana has been a wonderful addition to balance out my fitness routine. In just a few months of semi-regular weekly practice, I have noticed improvements with better ROM when weightlifting. My cardio endurance has improved drastically and I can control my breathing without really thinking about it when running (from 5ks to over 10k easily with the help of hot yoga!). Plus, it’s just fun to see progress each week with flexibility and balance! Gina’s fundamentals class is a whole vibe and I love it.

Gina is a great and hard working instructor! I started taking there free classes and have seen so many benefits that i have paid for a couple and have continued to go back! It’s an investment to your mind and body and this is a wonderful place to take part in hot yoga! 10/10 recommend.

LIMITLESS YOGA STUDIO REVIEWS

Limitless Yoga Studio has been the best thing I have done for my physical health. After years of chronic back pain, including two surgeries and a spinal fusion, I was left with residual back and nerve pain. I spent months in physical therapy only to continue having symptoms. After working with Kelsea on proper body mechanics and yoga posture I was able to get back to full mobility in my spine. I would encourage anyone with any physical ailment to seek out Limitless Yoga Studio and Kelsea, she changed my life.

I started searching in earnest for a Yoga Studio in late fall of 2019. It took only one or two classes before I realized I could stop searching. I took my YTT through Limitless with Kelsea and it’s been life changing. Whenever someone thinks they may want to try Yoga, I’m always excited to tell them about Limitless. When family visit, we go to Limitless. The teachers and atmosphere are great. What are you waiting for…. Come and join us.

I started practicing at the studio during the Pandemic after trying out a few studios around town. Kelsea has created a wonderful space (heated and unheated) with a talented staff of teachers. Every class is new with either a peak flow or pose and evokes a different energy. You can definitely find what your body and or mind needs.

Tyler has been a huge inspiration to me! He is just so present with his community and a really really amazing, fun, authentic teacher. I am a teacher of teachers and he is one of my great teachers. He continues to assist me in tuning in to stillness, my biggest challenge. My meditation practice is really grounding in, after years of struggle, and I am beyond grateful!.

Through breath Yoga is absolutely amazing. Every time I come in for class I am greeted with love and knowledge. Cher the instructor is very accommodating and kind and this studio radiates positivity and joy. I feel very safe and comfortable as I go through the class. If you are wanting to awaken your inner self and get a reset I highly recommend going to Through Breath. You will not be disappointed.

Have done yoga with Cher on and off for years now. He has also been there when I needed an emergency reset. One of many I highly highly recommend.
