Limitless Yoga Studio has been the best thing I have done for my physical health. After years of chronic back pain, including two surgeries and a spinal fusion, I was left with residual back and nerve pain. I spent months in physical therapy only to continue having symptoms. After working with Kelsea on proper body mechanics and yoga posture I was able to get back to full mobility in my spine. I would encourage anyone with any physical ailment to seek out Limitless Yoga Studio and Kelsea, she changed my life.

I started searching in earnest for a Yoga Studio in late fall of 2019. It took only one or two classes before I realized I could stop searching. I took my YTT through Limitless with Kelsea and it’s been life changing. Whenever someone thinks they may want to try Yoga, I’m always excited to tell them about Limitless. I started practicing at the studio during the Pandemic after trying out a few studios around town. Kelsea has created a wonderful space (heated and unheated) with a talented staff of teachers. Every class is new with either a peak flow or pose and evokes a different energy. You can definitely find what your body and or mind needs.

Yoga Central is an absolute gem. They truly take a personalized approach to every class, ensuring that each session is tailored to the individual’s level of experience and ability. The instructors are incredibly attentive and focus on creating a strong mind-body connection, which has made a huge difference in my practice. Every time I leave, I feel more centered, relaxed, and better overall. Highly recommend Yoga Central to anyone looking to deepen their yoga journey in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Yoga Central is a caring and nurturing studio environment and a great place to make new friends and develop a yoga practice both on and off the mat. I felt embraced by the warmth and compassion of both the teacher and the students and I easily assimilated into the group, even as a newbie and stranger. The work is based in mindful movement and the personal attention given to each participant is helpful and insightful--making for an experience beneficial to body, mind and soul. Social and intentional, this is a great place for a regular and consistent practice.
