“2026 Update: Southern Arizona Transportation Museum is a railroad museum in Tucson. The museum provides a range of community events, railroad safety education, an oral history program, and an active collections department preserving transportation-related artifacts in southern Arizona. The museum offers guided tours for a small fee by appointment. Southern Arizona Transportation Museum's depot lobby is used as a waiting room for passengers to utilize Amtrak trains, and the rest of the buildings and depot are leased to different businesses for a purpose.”

PIMA AIR & SPACE MUSEUM REVIEWS

Wow! What a large museum full of the most places I've ever seen in one place. There's a wife variety of different aircrafts, from Air Force ones, to Jets from multiple countries, to massive cargo planes and WWII aircraft. The tram tour was very worth it to see and learn a lot without walking a few miles in the heat. Then the hangars were a good overview. Don't forget to check out the other museum in the middle. We spent about 2.5-3 hours there but my partner's dad could have spent several more hours reading about every plane.

This place is an amazing place to take the family. There is a tram that I would highly recommend taking. Taking the tram, you will see a wide range of different aircraft spanning from the 1930's through the 2010's. There are also many hangers within the facility that have even more aircraft and equipment available to see up close. Come to Pima Air & Space Museum, you will be intrigued garranteed.

This is always a highlight of any trip or guest visit. Amazing aviation history. We took the tram tour for the 1st time & highly recommend ... It was informative, covered a lot of ground and made it to areas of the facility we'd never seen before! Super cool!

THE MINI TIME MACHINE MUSEUM OF MINIATURES REVIEWS

Pure magic! I've recently gotten into building miniatures so I naturally had to pop into this museum. Wow, what a whimsical, interesting display! My 4 and 5 year olds were very engaged for about an hour in the fantasy room. I will certainly be back. My only suggestion would be adding to the gift shop. I was prepared to spend some money, but most of the items were little toys, typical of any gift shop. I was hoping to see more figurines for sale. Staff is very sweet and the whole facility very clean. Parking lot is sufficient.

Bently house mini's is the reason we came in. Her builds are awesome! I missed the adams family house but i am looking forward to her next, and i hope it is the beetle juice build. Love this museum and very impressive. Btw, my pics do not do it justice. They could use better lighting in some areas. Other areas were outstanding.

This was a great spot highly recommended. A very comprehensive view of miniatures. From dollhouses to dioramas they had it. Trains and cars too. Different cultures. A traveling exhibit featuring the inventor of Dynavision. A stop frame animation technology used in early monster movies

This is a really nice quiet place to take in a little railroad history. The museum was really super, nice people really. The train engine was nice and the guide took his time answering questions as to the function of different controls. A really nice trip all in all. Cost is nothing except what you wish to donate. Parking is a little tough.

We recently checked out the Southern Arizona transportation museum, we were only able to hang out for a short time but we are definitely going to check out this place again. I had a great conversation with Paul, he shared some great information about the museum and other places to check out trains. It's a small museum But has a lot of information. I highly recommend this place.

This place is small like one small building. Like a room filled with facts of the museum and the southern cross.
