I had such a meaningful experience at Guitar Center thanks to Dan. He is genuinely one of the kindest people I have ever encountered in a retail space. From the moment he helped me, he was patient, warm, and truly attentive. He helped me get a gift card and made sure everything was handled smoothly, treating me with real care rather than like just another transaction. It honestly breaks my heart knowing that he is about to lose his job on December 27 due to sales performance. While I understand companies have metrics, it feels deeply unfortunate when someone with such strong character, professionalism, and kindness is impacted. Dan represents the kind of customer service that builds trust and loyalty, which matters just as much as numbers. Guitar Center is lucky to have employees like Dan, and I hope his dedication and the positive impact he has on customers are recognized.

Thanks to Leyda! I had the best experience, My Dad and I came in, not knowing nothing about guitar but wanted to start a new chapter and learn how to play. Leyda helped us every step of the way from selecting a Guitar, setting it up, and answering every question with a Big smile. She is definitely the best and rest of the staff was super friendly too. This place deserves way more than five starts definitely recommend to those also starting their music journey or even to Pros.

Finally a Guitar Center where associates actually ask if your need help. Selection was typical for bass players but only one amp was working. Overall good experience.

You won't find a better music school anywhere! My 3 kids have been taking lessons here for 10 years. The owner is a Julliard trained musician who cares deeply about his students and faculty. He takes care to match students with the right teacher and goes out of his way to ensure a positive and enjoyable environment for all. I have been repeatedly amazed by the quality of the musicians he hires, both for their professional accomplishments and teaching skill. We have also rented multiple instruments over the years and both the service and instrument quality have always been outstanding. HIghly recommend.

My children have been taking lessons at Crestwood Music Education Center since 2006! It has been an amazing educational experience for our family and it is wonderful to watch them grow as young musicians. The teaching faculty is exceptional and they are extremely dedicated to their students.

My daughter has taken lessons at Crestwood Music for the past 6 years. Dr. Cano has taken great effort to guide her and suit her with the right teachers and classes to amplify her potential. I would recommend Crestwood Music confidently to others.

Harrison Music School is excellent, we have been with the school for piano lessons for the past 3 years. Their current teachers are Chiwen and Holly. The teachers here are excellent and my kids enjoy going. They do a great job preparing kids for recitals and my kids have made so much progress. This is such a kid friendly space as well. The front desk staff is fantastic and go above and beyond. My kids walk away from every class with a balloon animal which is a treat for them. Also the waiting space is great with toys, crayons, and paper so that siblings can be occupied while they wait. Highly recommend.

My son has been taking piano lesson here for about 2 years. He was with ChiWen for the fist year and due to schedule changes he is now with Zoe. They are both awesome! They are professional and are very patient with him. The front desk person Mathias is super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend the Harrison School of Music.

As a mother of 2 little kids and 1 autistic kid, I am very happy and grateful to the team on Harrison School of Music. They are very patient, nurturing and understanding and do their best to teach my kiddos. Big thanks to Tia, Mesha, Michael and Danielle.
