Hudson River Museum is an essential cultural establishment in Westchester County. It is a multidisciplinary complex representing its identity from its site on the Hudson River banks', endeavoring to broaden the social horizons of all its visitants. HRM collections concentrate on the 19th-century through modern American Art. It also has an 1876 house on the National Register of Historic Places, such as Hudson Riverama, an environmental teaching gallery, a state-of-the-art, 120-seat planetarium, and a 400-seat outdoor amphitheater. HRM has an artful and unique ambiance to host your next event. It also has a variety of spaces for your rental requirements. The Museum usually features professional artist workshops and classes in conjunction with special exhibitions and collections in various visual or performing art mediums. It provides art workshops every Saturday and Sunday. It offers free admission for children aged three and under.

Here’s The Deal:
Philipse Manor Hall State Historic Site serves as a museum of art, history, and architecture and hosts community groups, educational programs, meetings, and community-oriented events. It was a publicly open museum of history, architecture, and art since 1912. Historical highlights of the Hall include its 18th-century, high-style Georgian building, a rare 1750s paper-mâché Rococo ceiling, and one of the only presidential portrait collections in existence, including six presidents from NY state. A Community Gallery was built at Philipse Manor Hall to display materials that support Manor Hall's programs and services related to the local community. Exhibit policy and applications are available at the administrative office. Both individuals and organizations are welcome to apply.

The Greenburgh Nature Center is a 33-acre forest preserve with paths, a pond, gardens, a nature-themed playground, and an animal exhibit. Its mission is to ignite passion, curiosity, and respect for the natural world. The center aims to instill an appreciation for and will to protect nature in future generations. Visitors can explore the many outdoor animal habitats surrounding the Manor House, which houses the Live Animal Museum. It also has a few marked trails, which are extremely easy and short walks. The Greenburgh Nature Center offers free admission for members and children under two. The Greenburgh Nature Center is located 11.6 miles away from Yonkers, NY.
