I never write reviews but I felt that the service here was so great I would do a disservice to this great city if I don’t. I made an appointment same day for a soak off and a full set I was taken back immediately. The front desk lady was very inviting and the girl that took me back was very good. My nails are a beautiful see through nude with an almond shape tip. I left a very satisfied customer. But little did I know the customer satisfaction did not stop there, come to find out (on video) that the lady that checked me in also did a great service on her knees to my husband in the back room of the salon. I was so happy to hear that all it cost me was $97.00. Great job Polished for hiring such multitalented girls.

Wonderful experience. Reasonably priced. Calm, serene atmosphere! Very happy with organic pedicure! Customer service was spot on. They made a fresh pot of coffee for me... Ashly, the gal who did my pedicure, was very engaging. She let me know everything she was doing. Ashly informed me of the organic products she could use for the same price as they were running a special. Plus, Ashly gave me a a discount card for 20% off my sixth service as long as she provides the services. So, Ashly is my gal with whom I’m very pleased! I will definitely be returning! Good job!

Great experience!! Called today to make an appointment and when I got there I was offered a drink and sat down and waited for be called! The nail tech was so nice and super great at what she does! Great birthday experience, and I’m definitely coming back!
