“Dr. Phillip A. Tibbs is a board-certified neurosurgeon who graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. He is board-certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery. Dr. Phillip specializes in performing surgeries for neurospine conditions, spinal tumors, and metastatic tumors to the brain and spine, spinal fusion, and complex spine surgeries. He has also served as president of the Kentucky Neurosurgical Society and the Southern Neurosurgical Society. Dr. Phillip is affiliated with the University of Kentucky Hospital. He is currently Professor and Emeritus Chair of the Department of Neurosurgery at the University of Kentucky.”
