Dr. Phillip A. Tibbs is a board-certified neurosurgeon, who graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in 1973, and he finished his residency at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. Now, he currently practices at the University of Kentucky Medical Center and is affiliated with the University of Kentucky Hospital Chandler Medical Center Pavilion H.
