This was the best experience I have had in a long time seeing a doctor. The staff was amazing and polite with yes ma’am and no ma’am. Clean office, with pleasant music playing. My wait time was short and I was very nervous. I have had medical chronic pain issues for 2 years with surgeries and no one really listening to me. I met Dr James after my orthopedic and urologist suggested him. He was amazing and listened to everything I said, even joked and laughed with me because I told him how nervous I was. We came up with a plan until I can get a knee replacement in the future, due to my age they want to wait and he is working with both my receding doctors to keep me pain free and healthy. I have had 2 years of horrible visits with other doctors who want nothing more than to take you off meds that work and try other meds or endless injections. I would recommend this group to anyone and nobody was rude or rushed me, I think some reviews are just people not getting a certain way they wanted because you couldn’t have asked for a better staff and a more understanding doctor.

Dr Vascello has been a part of my heath team for several years. As a professional athlete whose hobby is bouldering, he worked on me over the course of a year and I then returned to the competition field, landing a World and National title.

Dr. Vascello listened to me, he helped me several years ago with my Occipital Neuralgia and I had wonderful results... I recently had rhizotomy done again on the same area and he is the most detail oriented doctor I have ever been to see. He treats not just the pain but you as a person and covers every base that could be associated with your health concerns... I highly recommend him to anyone having nerve pain in the neck caused from Occipital Neuralgia... he is the best around... the only slight issue is I felt rushed a little with questions so fast and so many at once but I was very impressed with what he thought to ask me.. things I never thought of, and the physical exam was thorough... I will always use Dr. Vascello if I ever need pain management in the future.
