“Dr. Hal Skinner received his medical degree with honors from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. Dr. Hal Skinner completed his internal medicine at the University of Louisville Affiliated Hospitals and his cardiology fellowship at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. He is a board-certified cardiologist with additional qualifications in Interventional Cardiology. Dr. Hal Skinner is a member of the American Medical Association, Kentucky Medical Association, Lexington Medical Society, and American Heart Association. Dr. Hal Skinner's published work has appeared in numerous publications and research investigations throughout his experience. In 2003, Dr. Skinner founded Lexington Heart Specialists. He currently serves as the President of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at Baptist Health Lexington. Actively involved in the medical community and professional societies, Dr. Skinner is a member of several organizations, including the American College of Cardiology, Society of Cardiovascular Angiography and Intervention, American Society of Echocardiography, American Medical Association, Kentucky Medical Association, Lexington Medical Society and American Heart Association.”
