Wilson Developmental Therapy & Learning Center is an outpatient facility that has been offering care for Autism and Asperger Syndrome. This clinic has expanded to help over 50 therapists and more than 500 children in Kentucky. The clinic provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy as well as academic counseling services to children ages birth to 21 years of age. They are proud to give the most detailed evaluation available to them to be proactive with their development strategies. They have a one outpatient clinic in Lexington but also support therapists serving in homes across Kentucky.

On the Move Pediatric Therapy is a Lexington occupational therapy facility that offers the highest level of therapy to help each child reach its fullest potential. They give priority to family engagement, including families in the development of their child's care plan, and promote participation in therapy sessions. Their holistic approach aims to optimize the growth and development of each child. On the Move Pediatric Therapy has created a play-based atmosphere for children to learn in a friendly, natural environment. Marshall Pediatric Therapy utilizes splinting and bracing and other assistive devices to enhance handwriting, dressing, and other day-to-day tasks.
