Had a feeling my bub had more than just an upset tummy and decided to take him here since it was late… they were super friendly and didn’t bat an eye at my “aggressive breed” dog (he’s a sweetie). Not to mention they were super up front about pricing and didn’t do anything before clearing it with me. The morning after he is already feeling better. I was super impressed and will definitely go here again in a time of need. Thank you Dr. Jones and BVS staff!.

I just wanted to send this to extend my appreciation My baby DJ was put to rest there and it was the worst day of my life, not only did I have to make the decision to put my baby down, but my best friend, my child, my heart But you all made it so comforting to me, your caring hearts and empathy exceeded my expectations! You made the worst day of my life more bearable and I appreciate you all very much! You all are so kind, caring, knowledgeable, honest and I would recommend anyone to you for care.

They were wonderful taking care our cat. They knew he was very precious to us. All the staff was kind and sensitive to our needs. The doctors went above and beyond Thank you.

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. The entire staff took such good care of my cat, Eleanor. After having to take her to the emergency vet one night where she was stabilized, they got her in right away the next morning. Although I couldn’t be with her the whole time, Drs. Finch and Back kept me informed and up-to-date at every turn. They were able to diagnose her with pancreatitis and diabetes, which terrified me. But they walked me through, step-by-step, on how to care for her, feed her, and give her insulin injections. Everyone there is so kind and compassionate, from the doctors, to the techs and front desk staff. I really appreciated Dr. Finch following up after I brought Eleanor home, just to check in and see how she was doing. They went above and beyond to reassure me in the face of difficult diagnosis. I will not be trusting my cat’s care to anyone else. If you have pets, you owe it to them to bring them here.

My dogs and I love Dr Smith and his team. From the doctors to the techs and office staff you can really see their love for animals. Dr Smith performed surgery on one of my dogs. He clearly communicated what to expect, and personally called to follow up on her recovery in the days following her surgery. I’ve boarded my dogs there several times as well and it’s obvious that the staff takes good care of them each time. While I don’t like when my dogs are away from me, I feel confident that they are receiving excellent care when they are boarding there.

While a little more on the expensive side, I couldn't ask for a better group to take care of our pets! They genuinely care and answer all my questions. I highly recommend them to everyone who has pets and fur babies they love!.
