He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Dr. Sean Gallagher specializes in treating lower extremity reconstruction, joint replacement, and cartilage transplantations. He was also involved in much clinical research and published his work in the orthopedic literature.
