Dr. Franco was amazing! I went in looking for a scar revision, and I could not recommend him enough. He’s very kind, knowledgeable, and strives for perfection for his patients. He’s very honest about what you need and don’t, and his goal is to make you look fit and fab. I felt very comfortable with him right off the bat, and I feel like that so important to have between a patient and their doctor.
I was working in a restaurant and met my husband who was a waiter at the time. We dated for a year and a half before getting married. After about 6 months of marriage, he came to me one day and told me he wanted the separation. I knew I was fighting a little more than usual, but it was no reason for the separation, at least not in my eyes. I tried to reason with him to find out if it was real. He was serious and kept his position. He packed up and left our house. I still thought it was something that would pass until I found out through a mutual friend that there was another woman who was interested in him. I immediately began to ask him questions about what was really happening and tried to reason with him. It turned out that he said he had feelings for this lady and was confused. After a month of trying to solve the things he told me he wanted a divorce. I was devastated and broken. A friend recommended Mama Nana to me and we started having candle light prayers. He came to me about after we had started the prayers and told me that he was a fool and did not want a divorce. We ended up having to go to couples counseling, but came back and worked all. The decision to have breast implants is such a bit commitment and can be so overwhelming when finding a doctor, and great doctors can be hard to find. Not to mention, my husband was quite nervous about the procedure. Dr. Kerr and the staff at Synergy Plastic Surgery were phenomenal. I felt comfortable during the entire process, and there was never any pressure. Even the hospital staff Dr. Kerr used during surgery was superb. Best of all, after my husband met Dr. Kerr, his mind was put at ease. My results are fantastic, and the healing process was a breeze. I had surgery on Thursday, and went right back to work on Monday! Dr. Kerr is very upfront with the procedure and genuinely cares about his patients. I would highly recommend anybody looking for cosmetic surgery to go here!

Dr. Erella is realistic, and explains procedures , risks, and results in a detailed, caring manner. My procedure was done under local anesthesia, and throughout it all, he is asking if anything hurt or was I in any discomfort. He is an experienced doctor who "customizes" his procedure to you.
