ROBERT J. KOVAL, MD - TEXAS ORTHOPEDICS REVIEWS
Dr. Koval s exceptionally skilled at his profession and genuinely caring and compassionate to his patients. His ability to alleviate my ongoing symptoms consistently has strengthened my trust in him. I am able to think beyond my incurable illness (Secondary Sjogrens Syndrome), be positive and hope for a better quality of life. Highly recommend him!!
Dr. Koval has a great bedside manner and will take his time explaining what he’s talking about as well as answering questions. I waited a few months due to appointments being scheduled out, and I drove close to 3 hrs to see him due to insurance acceptance issues in my local area. I’ll drive another 3 hrs to see him again. I appreciate a nice and informative doctor.
We have been under the care of Dr. Koval since last 4years now. He, Megan and his whole team are always so professional and takes their time to answers all our questions. Highly recommend them.

KEVIN OSGOOD, MD REVIEWS
Had my first visit. I was impressed that Dr. Osgood read all my previous reports from the providers prior to my visit, so that I didn't have to share too much of the lab work etc. He was easy to speak with. Gave space for me to share without feeling on a time limit. Used great active listening skills. Explained things in my language so I could understand. Very knowledgeable. It only took a few weeks to get in. The scheduler was easy to work with (just wish he had told me it was in a hospital and on the 3rd floor), front desk staff welcoming. Lab conveniently in the building. Would recommend highly as not many doctors are like this and I don't always give a review :)
Dr. Osgood has gone above and beyond to help me. He also allows me to have a voice in my treatment. I have had many side effects from prescriptions, and while this can by frustrating for me and the doctor, he has shown a lot of patience. He has a team that helps manage the paperwork when we are trying to find affordable options for my medicine.
I started seeing Dr. Osgood 13 yrs ago. He pulled my records, looked them over (I went to ADC since 11 yr old or so) before our 1st appt. I was jaw dropped, blown away! AND THEN, he asked clarifying Q about my medical history. He was the 1st doctor to care about my quality of life, validating, educational, informative. I was DX w/ (apparently had since childhood. “Growing pains don’t exist” not like I was dealing with and reporting over 15 yrs as a kid into adulthood!) fibromyalgia ( Later “central sensitization” after many spine breaks, ER cetera). He stressed lifestyle is key. That which got me on a path of self care, self management. After fighting those required life style changes, stages of grief come and go, I finally started to listen to his suggestions to reach the solution. That I had to do the work! So I did, I got into doing yoga, doing PT, inflammation in body reduces, quality of life shifted upward. He was tolerant of my very slow process to adjust and do the life style changes but he kept reaffirming the solutions, approaches I had to try and put into practice. Not many humans have that ability to walk and guide a person thru that. A good provider is key. Dr. Osgood is a friendly human, easy to ask Q, explains well and able to speak on the level of which whom he interacts. Sadly my insurance changed and his office is out of network. He remains the best provider I have had as an adult over all. That said? Yes, their office over all is very busy. No wonder why with the pandemic and he is such a great doctor. It’s worth the wait, see if you can see some one else in the meanwhile. Just get in, esp. for those w/chronic, serious DX? Know you couldn’t have a better rheumatologist (: Do the wk! Eat right, do the PT, do the workouts, treat and follow your treatment plans. Doc’s can only do so much. We have to do our part in turn, do the work! Make an effort everyday. From there he can help work with that. Reality is often there is no magic pill for pain, auto immune issues, there is often an eb and flow etc He is in a tough spot as a provider in rheumatology bc the nature of his subspecialty yet he has sustained his tolerance, kindness. Does that make sense? Hope so.. dudes a solid doctor.

ANUREKHA B. CHADHA, MD - AUSTIN REGIONAL CLINIC REVIEWS
Dr. Chada is the BEST!! She listens to my worries and, gives positive & constructive feedback to my auto immune concerns. Dr Chada will give it to you straight but at the same time be compassionate & her bedside manners are Top Notch! It’s difficult getting in for an appointment because she is in such a high demand. It has been worth the wait and I see her every 6 months since 2014.
Having scleroderma and lupus for 37+ years, I've seen a lot of doctors. Dr Chadha by far is the most caring, knowledgeable doctor. She is attentive at my appointments, listens to me and asks plenty of questions. When I have to cancel an appt, her office works hard to get me in as quickly as possible. She or someone in her office always returns my calls. I have not one single complaint.
I've seen Dr. Anu Chadha for three years and am very pleased with her bedside manner, skills, treatment, and her staff. Even in these times of Covid, they are terrific.
