3 Best Pain Management Doctors in Knoxville, TN

I've been a patient of Dr. Pinzons for couple years now and I highly recommend his office. He done all necessary tests to find my diagnosis and does his very best to give me the necessary treatments to minimize my pain and get me back on track with my life. I've never had to wait in the waiting room at his office for very long at a time, the wait in the room is sometimes a little longer but what doctors office isn't a long wait either in the room or the waiting room. Michelle always makes sure I have my refills and schedules procedures rather quickly depending on insurance approvals, but she stays on top of it for sure. I changed Dr's one time and wasn't satisfied so I come back to Pinzon. His attitude is different but that doesnt make him any less of a great back pain dr to me.

I have had incredible results while under the care of Dr. Pinzon after suffering a herniated disc 15 months ago and trying several other avenues of relief and assistance. In just 3 weeks of spinal injections and physical therapy I have already regained movement and control of my left leg and foot and my constant pain level in my back has gone from an 8 to a 1or a 2 and many times I have gone days with almost no pain at all. I can now walk pretty much normal and go distance without needing assistance or needing to sit down every 100 feet. I would recommend him without hesitation for any injury or rehab assistance.

Dr. Pinzon has a no nonsense approach. He is professional and continues to learn most up to date treatments in his field. He answered all of my questions and provided literature about procedure, benefits and potential side effects. His nurse was extraordinary in her ability to follow his instructions during procedure. This is an alternative to surgery and pain control without narcotics. I would highly recommend Dr.Pinzon.

My brother was a recent new patient and I am so happy that he was referred to this office. Dr. Dichiara is wonderful and really took the time to talk to us and clearly explain what his thoughts and plans were going to be for my brother's care. He is such a kind soul. I would also like to thank Katie. Not only did she get him in very quickly, but she was so sweet and funny and put a smile on my brother's face. I heard a laugh that I have not heard from him in a while and it was heart warming to say the least. Together, they gave my brother and myself some much needed positive reassurance for the future. I would highly recommend this office to my friends and family. Great job.

I love this office!!! Very professional, clean and responsive. Katie is awesome! She can be seen in almost every area of the office wearing multiple hats. I still want to recruit her (wink wink) Dr. Dichiara is amazing. Very knowledgeable and caring. Big thumbs up to the men and women in this office. Great job to all of you.
