Upon walking in I was greeted/acknowledged by the majority of the staff that was in the front of the office. The receptionist was so friendly and made checking in a breeze! The tech that brought me back was wonderful! He got me through all of the preliminary testing/exams quickly but in no way made me feel rushed. He was very personable, yet professional. Dr. Shane was also amazing! I didn’t have to wait hardly any time at all for him to come in the room after the tech was finished. My exam was easy and he was so kind! Checking out was a breeze as well! 10/10. I’ve already suggested my family to go see the folks at Karns Vision. Switching to this practice was definitely the right decision!.

Love this place. Appointments are easy to make online and are confirmed clearly. Being a new patient was made really simple. Everyone was very friendly and there was no pressure at all the make a purchase of contacts or glasses there. Cost was the same as just about everywhere else on exam and on contacts. Highly recommend.

Karns Vision is what all service providers should be; especially those addressing health and well-being. They easy to get to. They are cordial, prompt, professional, thorough, and employ the most up-to-date equipment. They are very reasonably priced. Their facilities are clean, well-staffed, and very comfortable.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the friendly and professional staff (special kudos to Whitney) who made me at ease. The waiting area was comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere before my appointment. The examination itself was thorough and efficient (special kudos to Miranda), with state-of-the-art equipment that ensured every aspect of my vision was carefully evaluated. I was truly impressed with the digital eye scan. Dr. Phillips was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the process, addressing any concerns I had with patience and clarity. What truly stood out to me was the level of personalized care I received. Dr. Phillips and the team at Insight Eyecare appear to genuinely care about their patients' well-being, and it shows in the way they go above and beyond to ensure you have the best possible experience. They offered helpful advice and references to resources on maintaining eye health and provided a wide selection of frames/lenses to choose from while maximizing your respective benefits (special kudos to Cassidy). What a wonderful experience! Dr. Phillips is very personable and very, very thorough. I am a new patient and they made me feel very welcome. This is a professional atmosphere. Miranda and Tia were very knowledgeable and super nice. Don’t blink(no pun intended) or Tia will have your forms filled out before you know it! Highly recommend!.

I got to the Tennessee valley eye center and signed in and filled paperwork out. They took me back in no time. The nurses took very good care of me and Dr. Gagel was great! I was in and out of surgery in no time. Everything went well in surgery.I appreciate you all for the great job you've done. I'm home now and everything is going well. Dr. Gagel is the best eye doctor and surgeon I know of. Everyone I talk to, I let them know that Dr. Gagel is the best eye doctor for them. I was referred to Dr. Gagel by another eye specialist,,,and I understand why! He is very profession, knowledgeable and has a wonderful caring personality. He explains all the surgery/procedures well, and makes sure I understand everything. The staff also speaks highly of him, and everyone works together to make this a great appointment! I would strongly recommend Dr. Gagel!.

Dr. Gagel is personable, efficient, and spends the time necessary to assure quality care. I feel completely comfortable with any medical advice he gives me. I started seeing him in Morristown, but I now willingly drive to Knoxville to see him on a regular basis. His staff are caring and provide professional services.
