Dr Shrewsberry was easy to work with, answered questions in a manner that a non medical person could understand and kept an upbeat attitude that was contagious. He answered any questions matterafactly and didn’t hesitate to offer to set up an appointment with an office where a alternative approach was used.

Doctor Shrewsberry and his staff were excellent. They treated me with respect and I felt so comfortable. The receptionist was excellent. They got back with me on the very next day with my blood work results. I am so happy to be one of his patients.

This was my first meeting with Dr. LeRoy. I have to say that I was impressed with him and his staff. They are all very friendly and helpful. Dr. LeRoy had already reviewed my background med file and hit the ground running with starting his care with me. Explaining my care in easy to understand terms and why and how treatment needs to continue. Time will tell how things go, but I am optimistic that Dr. LeRoy and his team will continue to provide excellent results.

Dr LeRoy seemed very nice and eager to help without the pressure salesman attitude. He suggested a couple different ways to go about helping me and made me feel confident that we can find something to help. He had my history of previous medication and past surgeries and you could tell he had studied my file before coming in. The staff there was phenomenal all the ladies/ nurses was absolutely nice and knowledgeable about what they were doing. I will recommend this place and Dr LeRoy to friends.

Dr. Leroy was excellent. Explained everything in easy terms, laid out various scenarios and helped to understand the situation. The staff was very helpful. Only complaint was not seeing the doctor until almost 45 minutes after my appointment time.

I would highly recommend Dr. Chiles and Tennessee Urology. The process from check in to a thorough and complete exam, assessment and consultation with Dr. Chiles was prompt, efficient, professional and one of ease. The staff were friendly and professional during all interactions with me and Dr.Chiles exudes confidence, concern and knowledge during his assessment of your medical needs and issues. He is most thorough in his examination and makes sure you understand the issues at hand and his recommendations for care. You get a genuine sense of care and concern from him that is comforting and reassuring. I will continue to use them for any future needs and would recommend you do as well. I will also add, its convenient having urinalysis, xray and ultrasound testing all in the same building.

Dr. Chiles is an outstanding urologist. From my first appointment, he was professional, caring, and took the time to make sure I fully understood my condition and treatment options. What impressed me most was his ability to explain complex medical information in simple, easy-to-understand terms without ever making me feel rushed. He genuinely listens to his patients, answers questions thoroughly, and creates a comfortable environment where you feel confident in your care. His expertise, combined with his compassionate bedside manner, makes him a physician I would highly recommend to anyone seeking urological care.

Dr Chiles has treated me for several years caring for my enlarged Prostate. Being sure to inform me on what's going on and bringing me great improvement. I value the time I've spent with him very much. I have referred friends to him and they share my enthusiasm of his treatment. Thank you Dr Chiles.
