The doctors and staff are wonderful. They are professional, competent, and friendly. The appointment started on time and was very efficient. The communication throughout was complete but not excessive. I have been using Chapel Hills Vision Clinic for more than 2 decades and will continue using them due to their great service. I highly recommend.

Wonderful staff. Pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr. Cid is fantastic. She spent some time telling me about options for removing cloudiness from the lens that replaced the cataract. It's so much easier now. She gave me eye drops with oil to lubricate my eyes better. I was very comfortable in that office.

Always welcoming. Always a smile on everyone face. Always great service from all. Have told everyone we know that is looking for vision care to call Chaple Hills Vision. They are rhe best and been with them fir over thirty years and no change in the future.

Best experience I’ve had with any Optometrist ever. I got there early for my appointment both the receptionist were nice and professional. Dr Buchanan was on time, polite, and professional. He even laughed at my stupid jokes. They have all the latest eye exam equipment it was quick easy, I got the precise prescription I needed, great selection of frames, stylish and very reasonably priced. I normally don’t leave reviews but I had such a good experience here I must give them the credit due. I was truly comfortable here. Well done and thank you I hope others have a good experience here as well.

Dr Buchanan uses the latest technology to ensure your exam is painless and efficient. He explains the results and options for your care. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and really make you feel comfortable and appreciated. My son and his mother have been coming here for years, and we have always been satisfied with the service.

I had a fantastic first visit to get my first pair of glasses. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Jessica made check in and initial tests/questions a breeze. Dr. Tobler took the time to explain everything thoroughly during my exam and I felt well taken care of. Lastly Michelle was incredibly helpful in picking out the perfect frame, offering great suggestions and checking my insurance to see what I was eligible for. I couldn’t have asked for better experience. Highly recommend this office.

Had my first appointment and the doctors and staff were great! Dr. Tobler took his time and answered my questions. They were very thorough and didn’t make me feel rushed. I often dread finding new glasses but they helped me pick some great frames. They have a good selection of frames as well. Very pleased. I will be back!.

I keep going to Bettner vision because Dr Bettner and his staff always make it a pleasant experience. I highly recommend going to them for your exams and eyewear. They also have a great selection of designer frames.
