TIM BONACK, PT, DOMP(C) - MANUAL EDGE PHYSIOTHERAPY REVIEWS
Tim Bonack is an excellent PT. I've seen over a handful but none have helped me as much as Tim. Specifically, he has helped me with my TMJ pain and migraines, as well as mobility issues and pain in my neck and shoulder. It is very important to be consistent with your treatment and your home exercises to really see the benefit, and you will! Tim is also a great guy and I enjoy our conversations. I have also seen Ethan while Tim was away and recommend him, he gave me some exercises and tips that has really helped. The front desk staff have been kind and helpful. I highly recommend Manual Edge!
I've seen Ken, Val, and Tim for treatment for a few injuries and conditions, and they are all excellent, caring, knowledgeable providers! MEP really has a wide variety of skills amongst all their providers, and I highly recommend them for everything from chronic overuse running injuries to visceral to pelvic floor PT.
An amazing office! The staff is friendly, supportive and punctual. Dr. Tim is incredibly therapeutic, knowledgeable, and informative in his approach. I have experienced significant improvement in my TMJD pain and improved mobility. This was unachievable without his help and I'm beyond grateful. Highly recommend!

KEVIN HYLAND, PT - JOINT EFFORT PHYSICAL THERAPY REVIEWS
Kevin at Joint effort is an outstanding physical therapist. He is very knowledgable, experiencied and has a very good grip on needling technique. I had pain in my neck and upper back due to my improper work and sleeping posture and after my first needling session all of my pain was gone. Kevin was able to locate exactly what muscles of my back were strained and I didn't even felt the needles while he was performing the procedure. He was very gentle and communicated the steps he was performing. He further invested more time after the session to explain some at home exercise and right form to perform certain exercise to prevent future injury. I didnt needed to go for another session and would certainly recommend to have him as your therapist.
I have had a hip problem for a number of years and have visited many therapists as well as looked on line for exercises. None of the therapies helped long term and the online were not safe or reliable for my concerns. Kevin has given me safe therapies that are really working. The in office treatments were so beneficial and the exercise regimen has returned me to full activity and pain free statue. The care and concern show by all the professionals at JT is top notch.
Kevin and his team provide consistent, friendly and helpful care. My chronic migraines, back and neck pain have decreased significantly! I highly recommend Joint Effort for any physical therapy needs.
