These guys are fantastic, you can really tell that the animals are their #1 priority. For the amount of animals they see every day their process is really efficient, they give you tons of communication and reminders, and they call to check in on your pet afterwards. The process went off without a hitch and our pup is recovering nicely! Thanks so much Hamlett!

Today was the second time I brought my dog, Charlie, to get his vaccinations. This is a low cost clinic. They are NOT a full service veterinarian. There are A LOTof people who come here. Some things like spay/neuter require appointments. But they also have no appointment vaccination clinics. I came on a Saturday and arrived at 8:05. I was the 25th in line to check-in. After checking in, I had to wait until 10:30 to finally be called back to get weight, vitals, and the shots. Pros: Awesome Staff! Great service. Low-cost / affordable vaccines and services. Cons: 2-3 hour average wait at open clinics.

My dog and I had a great experience! They took fantastic care of my Great Dane during his surgery. They are very busy, so the check in process has a bit of a wait - be prepared. They will warm you ahead of time. They give great care instructions and are available for follow-up questions. Pickup was quick and easy. They are very affordable! I would recommend them to others, and would definitely use their services again.

It's taken a while for me to get to the point where i can write this review. I visited East Springs Animal Hospital under heartbreaking circumstances. My beloved pitbull was battling an aggressive tumor, and I made the incredibly difficult decision to have him put to rest. From the moment I walked in, the staff and doctors at East Springs treated us with the utmost compassion and care. They made an unbearable situation as seamless as possible, handling everything with professionalism and sensitivity. Their kindness and understanding provided immense comfort during such a painful time. I truly felt that my dog and I were in the best hands. I can’t thank the team enough for their support and for making a very difficult day a little more bearable. I highly recommend East Springs Animal Hospital for their exceptional care, especially in tough moments like this. He was such a good boy. We miss him dearly.

We absolutely love the staff at East Springs. Our Evie girl is an anxious pup but the staff does their best to get her calm as much as she can be. We LOVE Dr Koslosky!!! Such a kind, smart, and compassionate vet. 10/10 recommend for any newcomers looking for a safe and happy environment for their fur baby!.
