COMPLETE CARE COLORADO SPRINGS REVIEWS

The facility is clean and orderly, the staff were very professional, caring, friendly, attentive toward me and what was a very troubling medical health concern while visiting family out of state. The only issue I have is to find that my insurance will not cover the cost incurred, like a normal urgent care or ER visit would have been. Check with your provider first. Peace.

My experience with Complete Care was one of the best I've had from any Urgent Care I've ever been to. The facility was clean, well maintained, and the closest thing to an actual Hospital ER I've ever experienced. The staff was professional yet friendly and the service was quick and efficient. If needed again, I will definitely be using their services in the future.

Excellent care! It seemed to be a busy day as there were several people ahead of me but everyone was called back very quickly. I was in and out in less than an hour. Erin, Tyler and Dr Gus were wonderful.

I love the ability to make an appointment and check in online so I don't have to spend that much time waiting to be seen once I arrive for my appointment. Once I arrived I was out of there in less than half an hour. The provider followed up with me as soon as all my results came in and I was feeling better that night. Staff are friendly and fast.

I have always had a positive experience at this urgent care facility which is why I return here when I need their help. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The doctors and nurses are very friendly and professional and are always willing to answer any questions or concerns I may have. I have and will continue to recommend them to all my family and friends.

Brett was amazing. She listened to me, discussed options with me. Gave me good advice and really saw me as a person with concerns and addressed them. She was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. It was a great experience.

Walked in for my DOT Physical and they took me right in with no appointment. Ft desk staff was very professional and super nice. The facility was very clean. The nurse was very nice and the physician I saw was Dr. Kevin he is nice and was I highly recommend this clinic. Thanks for fitting me into your busy schedule.

Everyone knows to get there early! I was in quickly and everyone was very professional. I was there for about three hours, but not because of them. I was waiting on paperwork from my job. Good job guys ladies and gents.

Great experience. Every staff member was helpful, kind, and patient. They did a wonderful job. I especially enjoyed being seen by Dr. Peterson, a highly competent and knowledgeable physician.
