I really can't say enough about the care and concern that was shown to me by the front desk staff, Julietta and Lorenz. This being my first visit, I was very impressed. I really didn't think people could even be that nice. I also felt very comfortable with my care provider during our in person appointment. Another appointment with a different provider was conducted online through Zoom and that also went very well. I actually look forward to my next visit. My only complaint is that the online portal is extremely difficult to navigate, is confusing and has many glitches. So not user friendly. Other than that I would highly recommend Family Care Center to anyone who might need these types of services. So glad I found you.

Words can’t describe how grateful I am for the family care center. They together as a community are willing to help. Consistent communication with the providers you are seeing, the constant communication with you on what’s going on, and the available resources at each location is also helpful and amazing. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for or interested in seeking help. Regardless of what it is and the circumstances they will help you.

My daughter had her first appointment with Erin and after the appointment she was excited for her next! She said Erin is nice and understanding, she was able to talk to her openly. I’m very happy with Family Care Center and we will continue to go there for future appointments.

Kathryn is a phenomenal therapist. She really takes the time to get to know her clients and works diligently to help them face their challenges. I started having regular sessions with her more than a year ago when I was going through a very difficult time. With her help, I have been able to implement strategies and practices that have absolutely improved my quality of life. If you're looking for someone to talk to that genuinely cares about her clients, I implore you to look no further.

I have been going through a few issues for which I thought talking to someone outside my family would be beneficial. Getting signed up and scheduling an appointment is super quick and easy. I adore Rene and feel like even after my issues have resolved she is someone that I would like to continue talking to because she has really helped me feel so much better about life in general. I highly recommend it.
